Tuesdays @ 4:00PM & Thursdays @ 4:00PM (2/28, 3/2, 3/7)
Tuesdays @ 4:30PM & Thursdays @ 4:30PM thereafter
10 WEEK TEAM PROGRAM
The first training date will feature performance testing to measure metrics for Strength, Vertical Power, Linear Power, Elastic Power, Acceleration, Max Velo, Top Speed and Conditioning.
Athletes will be retested in week 9 & 10 and parents will receive results via this web page.
