  • What:  10 Week team training progression exclusive to the members of Huskers 11 Football invited by coach Tom Munnelly.  Stability/ Strength/ Mechanics of Movement/ Injury Prevention
  • When: February 28 - May 4, 2023
  • Day/ Time:  

Tuesdays @ 4:00PM & Thursdays @ 4:00PM (2/28, 3/2, 3/7) 

Tuesdays @ 4:30PM & Thursdays @ 4:30PM thereafter 

  • Where: Velocity - Yorktown

10 WEEK TEAM PROGRAM


  • What:  10 Week team training progression exclusive to the members of Huskers 11 Football invited by coach Tom Munnelly.  Stability/ Strength/ Mechanics of Movement/ Injury Prevention
  • When: November 28 - February 9, 2022
  • Day/ Time:  Tuesdays @ 5:00PM & Thursdays @ 5:00PM 
  • Where: Velocity - Yorktown
    201 Veterans Rd. Yorktown Heights


The first training date will feature performance testing to measure metrics for Strength, Vertical Power, Linear Power, Elastic Power, Acceleration, Max Velo, Top Speed and Conditioning.

Athletes will be retested in week 9 & 10 and parents will receive results via this web page.
