Winter II - 8 WEEK TEAM PROGRAM

What: 8 Week team training progression exclusive to the members of Yorktown Heat Baseball invited by Coach James Caroleo.
Quality of Movement (athleticism)
Foundational Strength for Rotational Athletes
Tri-Phase Speed Training
Athletes will be baseline tested on Day 1 & Day 16- producing a ViPR profile & comparable performance metrics against the population & self-progression.
