Our Development 1 Youth Training program at Velocity Sports Performance - Westchester is designed to build a strong foundation for young athletes using principles from NASM’s Youth Exercise Specialization. This program focuses on fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination, and agility through dynamic, age-appropriate exercises. Athletes progress through structured movement patterns to enhance neuromuscular control, core stability, and speed, all while fostering a love for movement and physical preparation. With an emphasis on Safe and Effective Progression, our certified coaches ensure each athlete develops at their own pace, building both physical literacy and confidence that will serve them in any sport.
Our Development 2 program is designed to elevate young, experience athletes’ performance by integrating NASM’s Performance Enhancement techniques with NSCA-CSCS principles. Athletes train with advanced drills in strength, power, and speed, focusing on sport-specific movements and energy system development. Guided by certified coaches, they enhance agility, endurance, and explosive power, preparing for competitive play and building resilience for long-term athletic success.
Varsity+ Elite Training is designed for driven athletes whose goals are their top priority. Using advanced NASM Performance Enhancement and NSCA-CSCS principles, this program pushes athletes to new heights with high expectations in both coaching and execution. Focused on maximizing strength, power, speed, and game-ready conditioning, Varsity+ delivers tailored, intense training that refines skills and builds mental toughness to meet the demands of elite competition.
Our College Break Training program seamlessly integrates each athlete’s college strength and conditioning program with our elite coaching. During breaks, athletes gain personalized support to fine-tune techniques, enhance performance, and stay at peak condition. With a focus on strength, power, speed, and injury prevention, our expert coaches ensure that athletes return to campus fully prepared and primed to excel in their sport.
