The first Saturday of every month, we host a testing combine in our Hawthorne facility @ 11:00AM. It is highly recommended that every athlete attends the testing event closest to their start of training so we can establish a record of baseline metrics for long term athletic development.
Performance testing measures Stability, Strength, Vertical Power, Linear Power, Elastic Power, Acceleration, Max Velo, Top Speed and Conditioning.
