Definition: ELITE - the unique ability to never allow anyone to care more about your goal destination than you do - not even your coach.
Velocity Select is a program structure for athletes who are truly capable of taking the coaching from a 1-hour private session and duplicating it, independently another 2x, 3x, 4x per week in firm, relentless pursuit of their performance goals.
If you are eligible for this style of programming, it is assumed that you know that IT isn't about the list of exercises. It is about the movement concept behind them, the detailed execution, the intent & the intensity ~ not just one or the other.

All athletes are required to be assessed before starting a performance package.

2x private session per week, for 6 weeks, designed to install the expected independent workload for the subsequent days each week. 2-3x additional workouts prepared to be done independently with equal intent & intensity.
1x private session per week, for 10 weeks, designed to install the expected independent workload for the subsequent days each week. 2-4x additional workouts prepared to be done independently with equal intent & intensity.
2x private session per week, for 2 months, designed to install the expected independent workload for the subsequent days each week. 2-3x additional workouts prepared to be done independently with equal intent & intensity.
Programming divided into an 8-week segment.
1x private session per week, for 4 months, designed to install the expected independent workload for the subsequent days each week. 2-4x additional workouts prepared to be done independently with equal intent & intensity.
Programming divided into 2x 8-week segments.
1x private session per week, for 52 weeks, designed to install the expected independent workload for the subsequent days each week. 2-4x additional workouts prepared to be done independently with equal intent & intensity.
Programming divided into 4x 12-week segments to cover your training year.
all private sessions must be scheduled within a calendar week and expire at the end of the progression period.
