Phase 2 - WINTER 2023/ 2024 PROGRAM
What: Custom designed performance training program focused around the athletic contexts of
ROTATIONAL STRENGTH - the ability to generate, control & transfer force in a rotary context. Throwing, Hitting, Turning & Running are all rotary motions that demand specific training protocols.
LOWER BODY POWER - different from lower body strength - POWER references the ability to carry/ sustain force over distance using your lower extremities. How fast you can move the weight over the designed distance = POWER.
CHANGE OF DIRECTION - pattern & reactive movement specific to the on-field demands of the individual athletes.
